The Process

Berkshire Hills Capital uses a defined process selecting new projects and then to complete the requirements to prepare the investment offer, aggregate the capital, continue on-going investor communicatons, and to facilitate liquidity.

Selection

Berkshire Hills Capital carefully selects each new partnership opportunity. First we have to be certain that our expertise and capabities compliments our prospective partner's resources. Then, the answer to the big question, will this relationship be a good investment for us and our investors? Once there is a consensus of mutual interest BHC makes a formal proposal to our prospective partner.

Structuring Investment

BHC first step is to structure the investment offering which will be presented to the targeted capital sources. During this phase BHC works collaboratively with it's partner to structure the investment to not only provide the proper amount of funds necessary to create substantial asset value but also deliver an above ROI to investors.

Offering Development

After the offering is structured and it's terms and conditions are finalized BHC performs a diverse set of requirments to insure the offering is prepared to be presented to all the different capital sources. This ranges from legal docs, pitch decks, investor portals, property videos, to live streaming presentations and webinars.

Investor Acquistion

The primary objective of the "investor acquisition" phase is to generate interest in the offering. A multitude of marketing techniques are used to reach the targeted investment sources. BHC internally has developed a tier one digital marketing staff and capabilities. This includes a sophisticated marketing/sales tech stack configured to support every aspect of the investment placement process.

Investor Relations

It is critical to maintain frequent communicatons with investors. BHC after the offer is closed contiunes providing a full range of investor resources. This includes online access to individual accounts, regular livestreaming update meetings, distribution of tax forms, and chat, email, and phone support. In addition, there will be pre offering investment opportunities in additional projects.

Liquidity

Berkshire Hills Capital takes the lead role in determining the best liquidity strategies that meet the needs of all the equity holders. BHC then works to execute what is necessary to achieve the stated ROI objective. This will range from additional offerings, listing on trading exchanges, to a merger or acquistion.
